A compact low cost Solid State Relay designed to replace contactors
The CD3000S family is a compact, low cost range of solid state relays/contactors suitable for all resistive switching applications. Available in 21 current ratings from 10A to 500A (larger sizes available on request), with logic (SSR) or 110/230Vac input and zero cross firing.
- Three leg switching of 3/4 wire star or 3/6 wire delta resistive loads
- Suitable for loads up to 500A
- Fully isolated from power
- Zero crossing firing mode(ZC)
- Logic input signal (SSR)
- Constant current drain with SSR input
- AC input 110V AC or 230V AC, up to 90A
- Heater Break (HB) alarm to diagnostic partial or total load failure and short circuit on Thyristors as option
- Side by side packaging
- Special design Heatsink with high dissipation
- IP20 protection
